There are many ways The Clean Tech Center can engage with your business:

Apply to The Clean Tech Center - NYSERDA-funded green innovation program

Application to The Clean Tech Center for its NYSERDA-funded intensive green innovation program is a competitive process.

To be eligible for this program, a company must be commercializing a clean energy technology that is grid-related. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. An advisory committee reviews applications based on technical merit and feasibility of business concept. It is advisable to contact The Clean Tech Center before submitting an application. Upon admission to the program, companies engage in a customized incubation and acceleration process with a team of advisors.

The goal is to get early stage companies to "investment ready" status, and connect them with resources, programs and funding opportunities -- as well as provide visibility in the marketplace.

Get information and technical assistance for growth

In addition to our NYSERDA-funded program, The Clean Tech Center serves as a one-stop of information and assistance for entrepreneurs interested in green and sustainable businesses across the clean tech spectrum. The Clean Tech Center has the expertise to quickly find solutions or connections for a wide spectrum of green business development issues. The Clean Tech Center is your portal to a vast network of sector specialists, academic research partners, agencies and associations, and funders.

Our goal is to help navigate the maze of resources and programs -- federal, state, regional and local, as well as private sector investors and financial institutions -- so you can grow your business.

Network with entrepreneurs, investors and clean tech leaders

If you look at successful regions around the country, part of the recipe is a rich, robust culture of entrepreneurship, and opportunities to mix, mingle and learn from the best and the brightest.

Entrepreneurs grow through successful networks. That's part of the formula that has put this region on the map as a hotbed for green collaboration and innovation. It's also a way for your great idea and sharp business plan to get the attention it deserves.
